This Exclusive privilege for True dtac roaming campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by TRUE and MITSUI OUTLET PARK KLIA SEPANG, MALAYSIA (“Organiser”)
1. The 20 MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) Cash Voucher redemption is exclusively available for customers who have purchased the GO Travel package with True dtac roaming at MITSUI OUTLET PARK KLIA SEPANG (MOP KLIA) from 9th December 2024 until 15th January 2026.
2. The customer will receive a SMS from TRUE upon subscribing to the GO Travel package or when activating the GO Travel SIM. The customer is to present the SMS received via mobile phone at the Information Counter in Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang (MOP KLIA), to receive a 20 MYR MOP KLIA cash shopping voucher.
3. This benefit is only limited for foreign tourists coming from overseas and excludes Malaysians.
4. Redemption must be completed at the Information Counter at MITSUI OUTLET PARK KLIA SEPANG.
5. Redemptions are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable with other methods of gifts.
6. MITSUI OUTLET PARK KLIA SEPANG does not warrant the quality, performance, or fitness for the purpose of any gifts/prizes and shall not be responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to loss of life, injury to a person, and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the promotion and/or redemption or use of gifts.
7. MITSUI OUTLET PARK KLIA SEPANG shall not be liable for the failure or delay in the receipt of the SMS from TRUE for purposes of the Cash Voucher redemption.
8. Redemptions will be based on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last, depending on availability.MITSUI OUTLET PARK KLIA SEPANG reserves the right to terminate, vary, withdraw, or substitute this promotion / Campaign at any time, without prior notice and without the need to disclose any reason.
9. MITSUI OUTLET PARK KLIA SEPANG shall not be held responsible for the well-being of customers should any incidents arise upon or after redemption.
10. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, no representation or responsibility will be accepted by MITSUI OUTLET PARK KLIA SEPANG for the whole or any part thereof, and interested parties are advised to make their own inquiries regarding all aspects.
11. By providing the customer’s name, passport number or other contact methods, the customers agrees that the Organiser and/or its agents and/or its third-party service providers may contact the customer by email or other such methods as provided by the customer. The customer’s personal data will not be disclosed by the Organiser to any third parties without the customer’s permission.
12. By participating in this Campaign customers are deemed to have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and any other instructions that the Organiser and/or its affiliates may issue from time to time. In the event the customer breaches any of the Terms and Conditions, the Organiser shall at its absolute discretion forfeit any of the Cash Voucher awarded, including but not limited to any other goods and services rendered. The Organiser shall not be liable for any claims arising from the customer’s participation in this Campaign.
13. The Terms and Conditions of this Campaign shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and the customer shall agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia over the matters arising from this Campaign.
