Terms and Conditions:
- The campaign will commence on 1 August 2025 and will conclude on 31 July 2026, both
dates inclusive. Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to
modify, shorten, extend, or cancel the campaign period without prior notice.
- The discount vouchers are limited to a first-come first-served basis of up to 1,200 eligible
customers throughout the entire campaign. Valid while stocks last.
- Only one (1) voucher per transaction is allowed and with a minimum spend of RM100 at
participating outlet in Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang.
- This voucher cannot be combined with other Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang vouchers,
F&B vouchers or e-vouchers in the same transaction.
- Only the original voucher will be accepted and must be presented upon payment in the
participating outlet.
- Any damaged or mutilated vouchers shall not be accepted. This voucher must be presented
with both Part A and Part B.
- This campaign is open exclusively to Thailand citizens and foreign nationals. Malaysian
citizens, including Malaysian SCB & CardX Credit cardholders, are not eligible to participate
or redeem under this campaign. Employees, staff, or representatives of tenant outlets at
Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang are strictly prohibited from participating in or redeeming
offers under this campaign. Any redemptions made by tenant staff, either on their own
behalf or on behalf of any customer, shall be deemed invalid and will not be honoured by
Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang.
- The discount voucher shall not be transferable to others.
- The discount voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or in full
or exchange or substituted for other redemption campaigns.
- The discount voucher shall only be valid until the designated expiry date.
- Novelty bags are limited to the first 1,200 eligible customers throughout the promotional
period
- Customers are only required to present their passport(s) and SCB & CardX Credit card at
the point of redemption. For documentation purposes, only the last four (4) digits of the
passport number and country of origin will be recorded. By providing this information,
customers consent to the collection and processing of this data in accordance with Mitsui
Outlet Park KLIA Sepang’s privacy policy.
- Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang does not warrant, guarantee, or represent that customers
are required to use SCB & CardX Credit card(s) for purchases; however, customers are
encouraged to do so in order to participate in and/or enjoy the applicable campaign
benefits.
- Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions as
and when deemed fit. Decisions made by Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang are final.
Steps to claim the exclusive privilege:
Present your SCB & CardX Credit card along with your passport at the Information Counter and
redeem an RM10 discount voucher, which can be used with a minimum spend of RM100 in a single
transaction for each discount voucher. CardX JCB and CardX King Power Credit card holders will
receive an additional RM10 discount voucher and a novelty bag.
The discount voucher is applicable at all outlets in Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang.
- Campaign Period: 1 August 2025 – 31 July 2026
- The discount vouchers cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash or other
items.
- The discount vouchers may be utilised at all outlets in MOP KLIA.
CardX is not involved in the production, provision, sale, import, delivery of goods, or services.
Therefore, CardX is not responsible for any loss, damage, deterioration, defects, or any other
incidents that may occur with such products or services. In case of any damage or defects, please
contact the participating store directly.
Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang reserves the right to modify the conditions, terms, details, duration,
benefits, and cancel this sales promotion program without any prior notice, in case of disputes, the
decision of Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang shall be considered final.
