Terms & Conditions
1. This campaign is conducted from 3 to 9 October 2025 only.
2. The campaign is open to all customers, residents and non-residents, aged 18 years and above. Tenantsโ staffs are NOT eligible for this promotion and redemption. Any redemptions made by tenantsโ
staff on behalf of customers will not be accepted.
3. Valid for customers who spend a minimum of RM1,000 in a maximum of TWO (2) receipts at all participating luxury brands.
4. Limited to the first 300 eligible customers on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per customer throughout the campaign. Therefore, the redemption is valid only once for each person, either at the RM100 or RM200 Cash Voucher.
6. Customers must present their original receipt(s) together with IC/Passport, contact details, and Mitsui Shopping Park (MSP) MY App membership for verification at the Information Counter. By doing
so, customers are deemed to have consented to the collection and handling of personal data for this campaign.
7. Redemption is only valid on the same day, and date of the purchase(s) made at Mitsui Outlet Park KLIA Sepang (MOP KLIA).
8. The redemption of the Cash Voucher(s) shall be according to the Cash Back Tier.
9. Receipt(s) that have already been paid or deducted with the MOP KLIA voucher(s) is not eligible for redemption.
10. The Management reserves the right to stamp on each purchase receipt(s) submitted for redemption to avoid fraudulent and repetitive claims.
11. Receipts stamped with the word โRedeemedโ and any other remarks indicated will be deemed void and not eligible for redemption.
12. Reprinted, duplicated, or handwritten receipt(s), as well as receipt(s) that do not bear the companyโs official logo or stamp, shall be deemed void and are not eligible for redemption.
13. Cash vouchers are not for sale, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
14. The Management shall not be held liable for any Cash Voucher that is lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, and no replacement or compensation will be provided under such circumstances.
15. The Management reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions as and when deemed fit. The decision made by The Management is final.
Liabilities
1. MFMA Development Sdn Bhd shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the campaign or as a result of
entering the campaign or accepting any cash voucher or during or after the cash voucher has been claimed.
2. MFMA Development Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim or damage suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with this campaign,
and each participant and any person acting on his/her behalf shall indemnify MFMA Development Sdn Bhd from any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred in connection therewith.
Use of Personal Information
Participants agree and consent to MFMA Development Sdn Bhdโs collection, use and retention of personal information provided by the participant without any compensation to the participant for the purpose of research, promotional and marketing efforts as well as for all purposes related to this campaign including but not limited to (i) processing and administering entries (ii) communication and awarding of gift vouchers (iii) issuing publicity and announcements regarding the campaign, and (iv) advertising, promoting and publishing this campaign. Any request made by a participant which seeks to limit the foregoing will result in the automatic disqualification of the participant.
