A: Our mall is open from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm every day of the week. However, selected shops located along Gourmet Street may open till later.
• Is there parking available at the mall?
A: Yes, we offer ample parking facilities for our visitors. Do note the entrance to the mall are indicated as shown below:
• Are there any public transportation options to reach the mall?
A: Yes, our mall is easily accessible by public transportation. LaLaport is conveniently connected to the Hang Tuah Monorail Station (Green Line), with a brisk walk of 50-meter distance from the station.

• How can I find a specific store within the mall?
A: We have interactive mall directories located at every floor at various points throughout the mall. Additionally, you can check our website or mobile app for a detailed store directory. For further assistance, our Concierge Counter is located on Ground Floor (GF) near the entrance to WOW Plaza.

• Are there any WiFi connections available in the mall?
A: Yes! You may connect to our FREE Wi-Fi connection, LaLaport_PublicWifi. In order to connect, kindly sign-in using a valid email address or Facebook account.
• Where is the Concierge Counter?
A: Our Concierge Counter can be found at Ground Floor (GF) near the entrance to WOW Plaza. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with any inquiries, lost and found items, or other assistance you may require.
• Who do I contact for assistance, do you have a helpline?
A: For general inquiries or emergencies during mall operation hours, you may contact our Concierge at 03-2731 3555.

A: While we love animals, for the comfort and safety of all visitors, we have a "no pets" policy in place.
• Are there ATMs available in the mall?
A: Yes, our ATMs are located at LG1, Maybank ATM (Next to Hydroflask) and Ground Floor, RHB ATM (Next to Levi’s)
