Q: What are the mall’s opening hours?
A: LaLaport BBCC is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that selected shops—especially along Gourmet Street—may operate beyond these hours.


Q: Where is LaLaport BBCC located?
A: Our mall is located at No. 2, Jalan Hang Tuah, 55100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are easily accessible via public transport and by private vehicle.




Parking & Accessibility

Q: Is parking available at the mall?
A: Yes, we offer ample parking facilities with over 2,400 parking spots. Enjoy free parking for the first three hours; if you need to park longer, a nominal charge of RM3 per additional hour (or part thereof) applies.


Q: What are the public transportation options?

A: LaLaport BBCC is directly connected to the Hang Tuah Monorail/LRT station. Additionally, there are several bus stops and e-hailing drop-off points nearby for your convenience.




On-Site Amenities & Services

Q: How can I find a specific store or restaurant within the mall?
A: We have interactive mall directories located on each floor. You can also use our Mitsui Shopping Park MY App or visit our website for a detailed store directory and floor plan.


Q: Is Wi-Fi available at LaLaport BBCC?

A: Absolutely! Connect to our FREE Wi-Fi network (LaLaport_PublicWifi) by signing in with your email address.


Q: Where is the Concierge Counter located?

A: Our friendly Concierge is located on the Ground Floor near the entrance to WoW Plaza, ready to assist with directions, lost-and-found inquiries, and general information.

Q: Is there a Locker or Luggage Drop available?
A: Yes, The lockers are located on Ground Floor, Drop Off 1 (Metrojaya Entrance). You may reach the lockers by walking towards the entrance along the Zone E walkway from Sacoor Blue (G-15d)

A: For assistance during operating hours, please call our helpline at 03-2731 3555 or approach our Concierge Counter on the Ground Floor (South Entrance).
