1. What are the new parking rates?
•For cars, the first 3 hours are charged at RM2.
•Every subsequent hour or part thereof is charged at RM2.
•FREE parking from 5:00 PM to 11:59 PM is applicable only to vehicles entering the car park between 5:00 PM and 11:59 PM.
•The maximum parking rate is RM24 per 24-hour period.
•The parking rate resets after every 24-hour period.
•For motorcycles/bikes, the parking rate is RM2 per entry, all day.
2. Do I need to validate my parking ticket?
•If you're using a parking ticket, you must validate and make payment at the designated Auto Pay Machine / Auto Pay Station before exiting.
•If you're using a Credit/Debit Card or Touch 'n Go, simply tap your card at the exit gate and the applicable parking charges will be deducted automatically.
3. When are the new parking rates effective?
•The new parking rates are effective from 1 October 2026 onwards, until further notice.
•FREE parking from 5:00 PM to 11:59 PM applies only to vehicles entering the car park during this period.
•The standard parking rate of RM2 per hour or part thereof applies outside the free parking period.
4. How does the free parking from 5:00 PM work?
•Vehicles entering the car park between 5:00 PM and 11:59 PM will enjoy FREE parking until 11:59 PM.
•The free parking period is not applicable to vehicles that entered before 5:00 PM.
•Applicable parking charges will apply based on the prevailing parking rates for vehicles entering before 5:00 PM.
5. What happens if I stay past midnight?
•The 5:00 PM–11:59 PM free parking period ends at 11:59 PM and does not carry over past midnight.
•For vehicles that entered between 5:00 PM and 11:59 PM, parking charges will apply from 12:00 AM onwards at RM2 per hour or part thereof.
•The maximum parking rate is RM24 per 24-hour period, with the rate resetting after each 24-hour period.

•Motorcycle/bike parking is RM2 per entry, all day.
7. What parking violations may result in clamping?
•Parking in no-parking zones, fire lanes, emergency exits, or reserved areas without authorization.
•Obstructing traffic flow or pedestrian walkways.
•Misusing EV charger bays or OKU (disabled) parking spaces without valid permits.
•Clamping fee: RM100 to release a clamped vehicle.
•Lost parking ticket fee: RM50.

Terms & Conditions
1. Effective Date & Applicability
•The new parking rates are effective from 1 October 2026 onwards, until further notice.
•The parking rates apply to vehicles using the LaLaport BBCC car park, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
2. Parking Rates – Cars
•The first 3 hours of parking are charged at RM2.
•Every subsequent hour or part thereof is charged at RM2.

3. Free Parking Period
•FREE parking from 5:00 PM to 11:59 PM is applicable only to vehicles entering the car park between 5:00 PM and 11:59 PM.
•Vehicles that entered the car park before 5:00 PM are not eligible for the free parking period.
•Vehicles entering between 5:00 PM and 11:59 PM will enjoy free parking until 11:59 PM.
•The free parking period does not carry over past midnight.
•Applicable parking charges will resume from 12:00 AM onwards at the prevailing parking rate of RM2 per hour or part thereof.
4. Parking Rates – Motorcycles/Bikes
•Motorcycle/bike parking is charged at RM2 per entry, all day.
•The motorcycle/bike rate is separate from the car parking rates and the 5:00 PM–11:59 PM free parking period.
5. Parking Payment & Validation
•Parking ticket holders must validate their ticket and make payment at the designated Auto Pay Machine / Auto Pay Station before exiting the car park.
•Vehicles using Credit/Debit Cards or Touch 'n Go may make payment by tapping the respective card at the exit gate, subject to the applicable parking charges.
•All vehicles must comply with the car park's entry, exit, payment and validation procedures.
6. Penalties & Enforcement
•A RM100 penalty applies for the release of a wheel-clamped vehicle.
•A RM50 penalty applies for a lost parking ticket.
•Vehicles found violating the car park rules, parking regulations or applicable terms and conditions may be subject to penalties, wheel clamping or other enforcement action.
7. General Terms
•The Management reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the parking rates or promotion without prior notice.
•All patrons must comply with the car park rules and regulations.
•The Management shall not be liable for any damage, loss or theft that may occur while vehicles are parked within the car park.
•In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Management shall be final.

Welcome to the LaLaport BBCC Carpark Self-Serve e-Invoice Portal, designed to make your parking experience seamless and convenient.
Shoppers can now easily generate their carpark e-invoices anytime. Simply provide the required details, and your e-invoice will be sent to you.
How to Generate Your e-Invoice
1. Enter the date of parking.
2. Provide one of the following:
• Credit Card Number
• Carpark Ticket Number
• Touch 'n Go Card Number
3. Submit your request to receive your e-invoice via email.
e-Invoice Claim Cut-Off Policy
e-Invoice claims must be submitted by the 2nd day of the following month after the payment date.
Example:
• If payment is made on 10 June, the last day to submit your e-Invoice claim is 2 July.
• If payment is made on 30 June, the last day to submit your e-Invoice claim is 2 July.
Claims submitted after the cut-off date will not be accepted.
