Terms & Conditions
* This redemption is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia of age 18 and above, except the employees and their immediate family members of MFBBCC Retail Mall Sdn. Bhd, its appointed advertising and public relations consultants and tenants.
* The official duration of this campaign is from 1st July – 1st September 2024.
* All entry forms must be submitted and placed into the contest box located beside the HYBE Exhibition Ticketing Counter at LG1-16, Lower Ground Floor no later than 1st September 2024, 10.00pm. Late submissions will strictly not be entertained.
* An entry form is deemed complete by fulfilling the following requirements:
Visit HYBE The Daydream Believers Exhibition and spend a minimum of RM50 in a single receipt at any store in LaLaport BBCC to receive one (1) entry slip.
All personal particulars and details to be filled in as required (full name, IC and mobile number).
* Original hardcopy receipts must be presented for validation to be eligible to participate in the draw.
* Each participant is allowed to enter more than once; however, valid original hardcopy receipt (s) must be produced and attached together with the entry slips.
* Photocopies of special draw slips and receipts are strictly prohibited.
* Receipts that are generated from the categories not mentioned above including services, bill payments and related fields are not applicable for this campaign.
* LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to disqualify incomplete and/or illegible receipts.
* The Grand Prize Winner will be announced and contacted no later than 17th September 2024.
* The winner will need to pay a standard processing and booking fee of RM150.
* All prizes are NOT transferable, re-salable or exchangeable for cash.
* LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to publish or display the names and/or photographs of the winners for advertising and promotional purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
* If you do not wish to be featured in any editorial or advertising content in the future, kindly email to operations@mfbbcc.com.my. Your request will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the email. With regards to any of your appearances in our videos, the images and/or footage will be removed only after our promotional campaign officially ends.
* By participating in this redemption, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the decision of the Organizer.
Privacy & Policy
* The protection of personal data is an important concern to LaLaport BBCC and any personal data collection on any campaign forms will be treated in accordance with the latest Personal Data Protection Act.
* Participants are deemed to have read the Personal Data Protection Notice (“Notice”) (as posted on http://www.mitsui-shopping-park.com.my/privacy-policy/) and agree to the processing of their personal information in accordance with the Notice.
