Terms and Conditions for Redemption
1. Eligibility and Participation
1.1 The campaign is open to all shoppers at LaLaport BBCC during the campaign period from 27 July to 4 August 2024.
1.2 Shoppers must meet the minimum spending requirements in a maximum of two (2) combined same-day receipts to qualify for redemption:
Japanese Knot Bag: Spend RM200 and above.
Lakanvo Perfume: Spend RM3,000 and above.
Kirin Beer: Spend RM100 and above.
1.3 Each shopper is limited to one (1) redemption per day per reward type (including workshop redemptions), subject to the availability of stocks.
1.4 Receipt(s) used is/are strictly applicable for ONE (1) redemption campaign only; customer may choose which redemption to participate in.
2. Redemption Details
2.1 Japanese Knot Bag:
Redeem at the Information Counter, Ground Floor (GF).
Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per day.
Available while stocks last.
2.2 Lakanvo Perfume:
Redeem at the Information Counter, Ground Floor (GF).
Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per day.
Available while stocks last.
Limited to ten (10) shoppers per day.
2.3 Kirin Beer:
Redeem at the Redemption Counter, Level 4. Available on weekends 27-28 July & 3-4 August 2024 only.
Limited to one (1) redemption per shopper per day.
Participants must be aged 21 and above for the Free Kirin Beer redemption.
Available while stocks last.
2.4 Only one (1) reward redemption is allowed per shopper per receipt.
3. General Conditions
3.1 Receipts must be presented and validated at the respective counters for redemption. Photocopied or duplicate receipts will not be accepted.
3.2 Receipts from different days cannot be combined for redemption purposes.
3.3 The rewards are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.
3.4 The mall management reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel the campaign or its terms and conditions without prior notice.
3.5 All decisions made by the mall management are final and binding in all respects.
4. Privacy Policy
4.1 Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purpose of the campaign and in accordance with the mall's privacy policy.
4.2 By participating in the campaign, shoppers consent to the use of their personal data by the mall management for future marketing and promotional activities.
