Terms & Conditions :
• Shoppers may opt to rent a Yukata at the rate of RM30 per hour or RM50 for a 2-hour session, to a max rental fee of RM90 per day.
• Rental fees are payable upfront at the time of rental.
Security Deposit:
• A security deposit of RM50 is required for all Yukata rentals, regardless of the duration.
• The security deposit will be refunded upon return of the Yukata in good condition, free from any damage or stains.
• Rentals can be made directly at the Yukata Experience rental counter upon payment of the rental fees and security deposit.
Availability & Usage:
• The Yukata rental service are subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Participants must adhere to the specified time slots for their rental session.
• Participants are responsible for the proper care and handling of the Yukata during the rental period.
• Any damage or loss incurred during the rental period will be deducted from the security deposit.
General Terms:
• The management reserves the right to amend or terminate the Yukata Experience promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in the Yukata Experience constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• The management's decision on all matters relating to the Yukata Experience, including eligibility and dispute resolution, shall be final and binding.
