Free Ride to LaLaport BBCC - Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
• The free ride service is open to the public and is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• No purchase is necessary to use this service.
Service Route & Schedule:
• The ride operates along the following route:
• AGILE Mont' Kiara ↔ Arcoris Mont' Kiara ↔ LaLaport BBCC.
• The first ride departs from AGILE Mont' Kiara at 10:00 AM daily.
• The last ride departs from Arcoris Mont' Kiara at 4:40 PM.
• There will be four (4) ride times per location each day, unless otherwise stated by the operator.
Departure and Arrival Times:
• All departure and arrival times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic conditions and unforeseen circumstances. LaLaport BBCC will not be held responsible for any delays caused by traffic or other factors beyond our control.
Safety & Conduct:
• All passengers must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions given by the driver or staff members during the ride.
• Passengers are required to maintain orderly conduct and ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle during the journey.
• LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual displaying inappropriate behavior or failing to follow instructions.
Modifications & Cancellations:
• LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any of the ride services without prior notice due to operational reasons, safety concerns, or any other circumstances.
• In the event of a cancellation, no compensation or alternative transportation will be provided.
Liability:
• LaLaport BBCC, its operators, and affiliates will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to passengers or personal property during the journey.
• Passengers use the free ride service at their own risk.
Amendments:
• LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
