Terms & Conditions: Spin & Win Avantgardey Meet & Greet + Concert Tickets
1. General
1.1. The "Spin & Win Avantgardey Meet & Greet + Concert Tickets" campaign ("Campaign") is organized by LaLaport BBCC ("Organizer").
1.2. The Campaign runs from 13 December 2024 to 22 December 2024 ("Campaign Period").
1.3. By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Campaign is open to all shoppers at LaLaport BBCC aged 18 and above, except employees of the Organizer, tenants, sponsors, event agencies, and their immediate family members.
2.2. To participate, shoppers must meet the minimum spend requirement of RM150 in a single receipt on the same day of purchase within the Campaign Period.
3. How to Participate
3.1. Spend a minimum of RM150 in a single receipt at any store (unless stated otherwise) in LaLaport BBCC during the Campaign Period.
3.2. The following transactions are NOT applicable: purchases made at Jaya Grocer, GSC Cinemas, bill payments, installment payments, services, event-based vendors ie. Nijigen Christmas Expo or Sunset Euphoria 6.0.
3.3. Present the receipt at the Spin & Win booth located at the Info Counter, Ground Floor, for validation.
3.4. Each eligible receipt allows participants to spin the wheel once. Multiple entries are allowed with separate eligible receipts.
3.5. Participants stand a chance to win one of the following prizes:
• VIP Meet & Greet Package Tickets for Avantgardey Asia Tour Malaysia
• Other mystery prizes (as determined by the Organizer).
4. Prizes
4.1. A total of twenty-six (26) VIP Meet & Greet Package Tickets for the Avantgardey Asia Tour Malaysia are available to be won during the Campaign Period.
4.2. Each winner of the Meet & Greet Package will receive:
• One (1) VIP ticket to the Avantgardey Asia Tour Malaysia concert.
• Access to the Meet & Greet session with Avantgardey at LaLaport BBCC.
4.3. Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items.
4.4. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar value without prior notice.
5. Redemption & Spin Mechanics
5.1. Receipts used for participation in this Campaign cannot be reused for other ongoing campaigns or promotions.
5.2. Each eligible receipt entitles the participant to one (1) spin only.
5.3. Spinning the wheel must be conducted in person at the Spin & Win booth and under the supervision of the Organizer’s representative.
5.4. The Organizer’s decision on the spin results is final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
6. Winner Announcement & Prize Collection
6.1. Winners of the Meet & Greet Package will be notified on the spot at the Spin & Win booth upon spinning.
6.2. Mystery prize winners will also receive their prizes immediately after spinning.
6.3. Winners of the Meet & Greet Package must provide valid contact details and identification documents for verification and prize collection arrangements.
6.4. The Meet & Greet session and concert details will be communicated to winners via email, phone, or direct message.
7. Additional Terms
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to verify receipts, identification documents, and other relevant details for eligibility.
7.2. Fraudulent or invalid receipts will result in disqualification.
7.3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or any part thereof without prior notice.
7.4. The Organizer will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Campaign or the use of prizes.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. By participating in this Campaign, participants agree that their personal data may be used by the Organizer for marketing and promotional purposes in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy.
8.2. Participants have the right to access, update, or correct their personal data by contacting the Organizer.
