Terms & Conditions: Win Avantgardey Meet & Greet + Concert Tickets Giveaway
This giveaway is organized by LaLaport BBCC. By participating, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Campaign Period
The giveaway runs from 13 December 2024 to 19 December 2024 (inclusive). Entries submitted after 11:59 PM on 19 December 2024 will not be considered.
Eligibility
• This giveaway is open to Malaysian residents aged 18 and above.
• Employees of LaLaport BBCC, its affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Participants must have a valid social media account (Facebook/Instagram) to enter.
How to Participate
1. Record a 10–15 second video of yourself dancing to an Avantgardey routine. Judging will be based on dressing and style.
2. Upload the video to your timeline on Instagram, Facebook, or XHS.
3. Tag @lalaport_bbcc in your post and include the hashtags #AvantgardeyBBCC, #Avantgardey, and #LaLaportBBCC.
4. Ensure your post is set to Public so the organizer can view your entry.
Prize Details
4 Winners will each receive:
• One (1) VIP ticket to Avantgardey Asia Tour Malaysia.
• One (1) Meet & Greet session with Avantgardey at LaLaport BBCC.
Winners will be announced on 20 December 2024 via the LaLaport BBCC official social media channels and contacted via Direct Message.
Judging Criteria
Entries will be judged by a panel appointed by the organizer based on:
1. Creativity in dance moves.
2. Dressing and style inspired by Avantgardey’s unique aesthetic.
3. Overall presentation.
The organizer’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
Additional Terms
• Each participant may submit multiple entries; however, only one entry per participant is eligible to win.
• The winner must confirm their attendance at the Meet & Greet session and collect their VIP ticket at LaLaport BBCC by 21 December 2024. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Winners are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and any additional expenses incurred to attend the concert and Meet & Greet session.
Content Usage
By participating in this giveaway, participants grant LaLaport BBCC the right to use their submitted video for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, advertisements, and public relations.
Disqualification
• The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activity.
• Videos containing offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content will be immediately disqualified.
Modification and Cancellation
• The organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control arise.
