Terms & Conditions: Celebrate LaLaport’s 3rd Anniversary with the Lucky Gashapon Game
1. Campaign Period:
- The campaign runs from 18 January 2025 to 20 January 2025.
2. Eligibility:
- Open to all shoppers except employees of MFBBCC Retail Mall Sdn. Bhd., its tenants, advertising, and public relations consultants, are not eligible to participate.
3. Redemption Criteria:
- Shoppers can redeem tokens based on the following purchase tiers during the campaign period:
- Spend RM300 or more in a maximum of 2 combined same-day receipts to earn 1 Lucky Gashapon token.
- Spend RM800 or more in a maximum of 2 combined same-day receipts to earn an additional 1 Lucky Gashapon token.
- Spend RM3,000 or more in a maximum of 2 combined same-day receipts to earn an additional 1 Lucky Gashapon token.
- Maximum of 3 tokens per shopper per day.
4. Redemption Process:
- Present eligible same-day receipts at the designated redemption counter to redeem tokens.
- Redemption is limited to one reward tier per receipt submission.
- Tokens are distributed while stocks last.
5. Game Rules:
- Each token entitles the shopper to one play at the Lucky Gashapon machine.
- Prizes won are final, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
6. General Conditions:
- Original same-day receipts must be presented for redemption. Reprinted, duplicated, or illegible receipts will not be accepted.
- LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to inspect all purchases and receipts to ensure eligibility.
- Redemption items are subject to availability and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The following transactions are NOT applicable: purchases made at Jaya Grocer, GSC Cinemas, bill payments, installment payments, and services.
7. Amendments and Cancellations:
- LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to amend or terminate the campaign, including its terms and conditions, without prior notice.
8. Disputes:
In the event of any disputes, LaLaport BBCC's decision will be final and binding.
