Terms & Conditions – Payday Deals 3.0
These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern your participation in the Payday Deals 3.0 event at LaLaport BBCC ("Event"). By participating in the Event, you agree to be bound by these T&C.
1. Event Period
• The Event is valid from 31 May - 2 June 2025, from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Only purchases made within this period will be eligible for the instant rebates.
2. Eligibility & Participation
• The Event is open to all customers shopping at participating stores within LaLaport BBCC.
• Each purchase must meet the minimum spend requirement specified in the rebate table below to qualify for the corresponding instant rebate.
3. Rebate Details
Instant Rebates available during the Event are as follows:

• Rebates are issued as instant rebates and will be applied at the point of sale, subject to verification of the purchase amount.
• Only one rebate may be applied per transaction. If a transaction qualifies for multiple rebates, the highest applicable rebate will be provided.
4. Conditions of Purchase
• The rebate is only valid on full payment at the time of purchase.
• Returns, exchanges, or cancellations of purchased items may result in the rebate being revoked or adjusted accordingly.
• The instant rebate is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
5. Participating Stores
• Only purchases made at the specified participating stores are eligible for the corresponding instant rebates.
• LaLaport BBCC and participating stores reserve the right to verify and confirm eligibility.
6. Modifications & Termination
• LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• Any modifications will be communicated on the official LaLaport BBCC website and/or in-store signage.
