Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. How do I enjoy the free parking?
• All visitors get 3 hours of free parking upon entry.
• Free parking after 5PM applies to entries between 5:00 PM – 11:59 PM.
• The 3-hour free parking is applied first, so if you enter at 10:00 PM, your free parking lasts until 1:00 AM. After that, normal parking charges of RM3/hour apply.
2. Do I need to validate my ticket?
• If you're using a parking ticket, you must validate it at any Auto Pay Machine before exiting.
• If you're using Credit/Debit Card or Touch 'n Go, just tap your card at the exit gate to enjoy the free parking.
3. When is this promotion available?
• The free parking promo runs from 3 March – 13 April 2025.
• Free parking after 5PM is only valid for entries between 5:00 PM – 11:59 PM.
4. How does the free parking work?
• Every visitor automatically gets 3 hours of free parking upon entry.
• If you exit within 3 hours, there are no charges.
• If you stay beyond 3 hours, the standard rate of RM3 per hour will apply after the free period.
5. Can I still enjoy free parking if I stay past midnight?
• Yes, but only if your 3-hour free parking (free period) is still valid.
• If your free period expires after midnight, the standard charge of RM3 per hour or part thereof will be applied.
6. What parking violations may result in clamping?
• Parking in no-parking zones, fire lanes, emergency exits, or reserved areas without authorization.
• Obstructing traffic flow or pedestrian walkways.
• Misusing EV charger bays or OKU (disabled) parking without valid permits.
• Clamping fee: RM100 to release a clamped vehicle.
Other penalty fee includes :
Lost ticket penalty: RM50.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Campaign Period & Eligibility
• The 'RAYA SPECIAL FREE PARKING' promotion is valid from 3 March - 13 April 2025.
• Applicable daily between 5:00PM and 11:59PM.
2. Free Parking Offer
• Shoppers will receive free parking for the first 3 hours upon entry, automatically granted.
• Regular parking charges apply before 5:00PM at RM3 per hour or part thereof.
3. Additional Parking Charges
• Parking charges of RM3 per hour apply for vehicles parked between 12:00AM and 4:59PM.
4. Penalties & Enforcement
• RM100 penalty applies for the release of a wheel clamp.
• RM50 penalty applies for a lost parking ticket.
• Vehicles violating the parking limit or other campaign terms may be subject to penalties.
5. General Terms
• The management reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
• All patrons must comply with the parking facility rules & regulations.
• The management is not liable for any damages, loss, or theft that may occur while vehicles are parked.
