Step 2: Locate the Tourist Information counter or the Information Desk within the participating facility.
Step 3: Open your app and present the Redemption Screen to the staff.

Terms & Conditions – ¥500 Shopping Voucher & Coupon Book
1. Campaign Period
This campaign is valid from now until 31 March 2026.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This campaign is open to non-resident visitors to Japan.
2.2 Participants must be Mitsui Shopping Park (MSP) App members.
3. Redemption Process
3.1 Members can collect the e-voucher via the MSP App.
3.2 The e-voucher contains a QR code required for redemption.
3.3 To redeem the offer, shoppers must present the QR code at the Tourist Information Counter of participating Mitsui Outlet Park (MOP) or LaLaport shopping centers in Japan.
3.4 If there is no Tourist Information Counter, shoppers may proceed to the General Information Desk instead.
3.5 For COREDO Muromachi, shoppers must visit the Nihonbashi Information Center.
4. Voucher & Coupon Book Usage
4.1 Each ¥500 shopping voucher is valid for purchases of ¥5,000 or more (including tax).
4.2 The voucher is limited to one use per person per day.
4.3 The contents of the coupon book may vary depending on the shopping center.
4.4 Mitsui reserves the right to request passport verification to confirm eligibility.
