Terms & Conditions – Durian in the Sky Spend & Redeem Promotion
Campaign Period
• This promotion is valid for purchases made between 12 – 20 July 2025, and redemption is available only during the Durian in the Sky on 18 – 20 July 2025, 11AM – 11PM, at the Central Rooftop Garden, Level 4, LaLaport BBCC.
Eligibility
• Shoppers must present a same-day receipt of a minimum RM150 in a single transaction from any participating LaLaport BBCC store.
• Each shopper is entitled to redeem one (1) set of durian & coconut water per receipt, subject to availability.
Redemption & Availability
• Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
• The Management reserves the right to substitute the durian and/or coconut water with another item of equal or higher value without prior notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supply shortages).
• Unclaimed vouchers or redemptions after the festival period will be deemed forfeited and will not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Safety & Liability
• Shoppers redeem and consume the durian & coconut water at their own risk.
• The Management, its partners, and vendors shall not be held liable for any adverse health effects, allergic reactions, injuries, or accidents that may occur during the consumption or participation in this promotion.
• Shoppers are advised to consume responsibly and seek medical advice if they are unsure about food allergies or dietary restrictions.
General Terms
• Redemption vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.
• The Management reserves the right to verify receipts and reject any suspicious, fraudulent, or altered receipts.
• The Management’s decision on all matters related to this promotion shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
