Terms & Conditions – Giveaways & Games @ Bon Odori 2025
Event Dates: 26 – 27 July & 2 – 3 August 2025

Location: Central Rooftop Garden, Level 4, LaLaport BBCC
1. Eligibility
• Open to all visitors attending Bon Odori 2025 at LaLaport BBCC.
• Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Participation in giveaways and games requires on-site presence during event days.
2. Redemption
• FREE Bon Odori Starter Kit, limited to the first 500 visitors per day, from 2:00PM onwards.
• To redeem, participants must Like & Follow both LaLaport BBCC on Instagram and Facebook. Proof must be shown at the redemption booth.
• Redemption is limited to ONE (1) kit per person per day.
• Kits are available on a first come, first served basis and while stocks last.
3. Play & Win – Mystery Gashapon Game
• A Game Card can be purchased at RM10 per person.
• Participants must complete 5 designated game stations as marked in the event area.
• Upon completing all 5 games and verifying stamps on the Game Card, participants are entitled to redeem one (1) spin at the Mystery Gashapon Machine.
• Gifts inside the machine are worth up to RM30,000 collectively, and prize contents are random.
• Each Game Card is valid for one (1) round of participation only.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to availability.
4. General Terms
• Redemption and game participation start from 2:00PM daily and will continue while supplies last.
• The organizer reserves the right to verify social media follows or proof of purchase (where applicable).
• All rewards and prizes are offered on a first come, first served basis.
• The organizer reserves the right to substitute gifts or prizes of similar value without prior notice.
• Lost or damaged Game Cards will not be replaced.
5. Amendments & Disputes
• LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign or any part of it at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of LaLaport BBCC shall be final and binding.
6. Liability
• LaLaport BBCC will not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in games or redemptions.
7. Privacy Policy
By participating, attendees agree to the use of their photos, videos, and personal data for promotional and marketing purposes in accordance with LaLaport BBCC’s privacy policy.
