Eligibility & Contest Information
1. This Lucky Draw will run from 1 August 2025 until 30 September 2025, or for such other period as the Management of LaLaport BBCC or MOP BBCC (Management") may, at its absolute discretion, determine (Lucky Draw Period").
2. Subject to Clause 3, the Lucky Draw is open only to individuals aged 18 years and above (Eligible Participants").
3. Employees of LaLaport BBCC or MOP BBCC, their immediate family members, advertising and promotional agents, sponsors, tenants, and occupiers of the aforementioned properties are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
Eligible Participants may submit multiple entries based on the number of valid Proofs of Purchase. However, each Eligible Participant is entitled to win only once.
5. The Management reserves the right to reject or refuse any receipt submitted as Proof of Purchase if, in its absolute discretion, such receipt is unclear, illegible, or does not indicate a valid purchase from any outlet within LaLaport BBCC or MOP BBCC
6. Incomplete, illegible, or late submissions of the Lucky Draw entry form will be disqualified.
7. All Lucky Draw entry forms shall be retained by and remain the property of the Management, who may use them as it deems appropriate.
8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Management shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all Eligible Participants.
Winners - Mitsui Outlet Park BBCC Opening Lucky Draw
1. Only twenty (20) winners will be selected by the Management for the MOP BBCC Opening Lucky Draw (Lucky Draw Winners").
2. Lucky Draw Winners will be announced during the Prize Presentation Ceremony on 25th October 2025 at 2:00 PM, Ground Floor, Main Atrium, LaLaport BBCC
3. Lucky Draw Winners must be present in person to claim their prizes. If a winner is not present after a count of three by the emcee, he/she will be disqualified, and another draw will be conducted for the same prize.
Terms and Conditions of the Prizes
1. All prizes are awarded on an "as-is" basis. The Management shall not be responsible for the usability, suitability, warranty, quality, or condition of the prizes.
2. All flight tickets include airport taxes and surcharges.
3. Prizes do not include any accessories or items shown in promotional materials. The Management
reserves the right to change the model and/or colour of any prize without prior notice. The Management reserves the right to substitute any prize, in whole or in part, with another item of similar value without prior notice.
5. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash, credit, or any other benefit.
Winners shall abide by any additional terms, conditions, or warranties imposed in relation to the receipt or use of the prizes.
General Terms and Conditions.
1. The Management reserves the right to publish or display the names, photographs, and particulars of the winners in any media or publication.
2. The Management may, at any time, vary, delete, or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice.
3. The Management reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or suspend the Lucky Draw at its absolute discretion without any liability to the participants.
4. By participating, all Eligible Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
