JAL Traveller Cash Voucher Campaign - Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
• This promotion is exclusively for travellers flying on Japan Airlines (JAL) to or from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• To qualify, participants must present a valid Japan Airlines boarding pass from flight number JL723 or JL724 or MH9117 or MH9118 at the Information Counters located at the Ground Floor.
• The boarding pass must be dated between 1 October 2025 to 30 November 2025 to be eligible.
• Travellers are entitled to receive cash vouchers worth RM30, redeemable at Information Counter, Ground Floor, LaLaport BBCC.
Redemption Process:
• Eligible participants can redeem the voucher by presenting their boarding pass and may also be required to show their passport or identification document to verify eligibility.
• Redemption must be made in person at the designated Information Counter of the respective mall.
• Each eligible traveller is entitled to one (1) cash voucher , during the entire promotion period, regardless of multiple visits or flights taken.
• Eligible participants may receive RM30 in cash vouchers at LaLaport BBCC with equivalent to cash voucher of RM20 Mitsui Outlet Park BBCC and RM10 LaLaport F&B cash voucher.
Voucher Usage:
• The cash vouchers can only be used at the location where the voucher was redeemed (LaLaport BBCC or Mitsui Outlet Park BBCC ).
• The list of participating stores where the cash voucher is valid can be found on the cash voucher itself.
• The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless otherwise stated.
Voucher Validity:
• The cash voucher is valid for 7 days from the date of redemption and must be used within this period.
• Any unused value of the voucher will be forfeited, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided for partially used vouchers.
• The cash voucher is strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Fraud & Abuse:
• LaLaport BBCC reserve the right to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the redemption process, engaging in fraudulent activities, or attempting to redeem multiple vouchers in violation of the one-per-person rule.
• The management reserves the right to request additional identification or documentation to verify eligibility.
Promotion Period:
• This promotion is valid for a limited time only and is subject to change or early termination at the discretion of LaLaport BBCC without prior notice.
Amendments:
• LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
