1. Eligibility

• Open to all shoppers at LaLaport BBCC and Mitsui Outlet Park BBCC (MOPBBCC).

• Members of the Mitsui Shopping Park MY App (MSP) are entitled to enjoy a reduced minimum spend requirement.

2. How to Participate

• Spend a minimum of RM368 (or RM268 for MSP App members) in a maximum of two (2) same-day receipts at any participating stores.

• Present receipt(s) at the LaLaport Information Counter, Ground Floor to redeem a chance to spin the wheel.

3. Redemption Mechanics

• Each qualified shopper is entitled to one (1) spin per redemption, for every eligible set of receipts.

• Redemption is permitted multiple times within the same day, provided that each redemption is supported by valid same-day receipts.

• Each set of receipts may only be used once and cannot be reused for additional redemptions.

• Split transactions from the same store, made to artificially meet the minimum spend, will not be accepted. The redemption staff reserves the right to deny such claims at their discretion.

• All receipts must clearly display the store name, date, and transaction amount.

• Shoppers must choose only one (1) redemption between this redemption campaign or any other concurrent redemption campaign. Each receipt may only be used for once per type of redemption.

4. Receipt & Transaction Exclusions

• Receipts from bill payments, reload services, gift card purchases, medical services, clinic visits, parking, or money-changing transactions are not eligible.

• Duplicated, handwritten, reprinted, or illegible receipts will not be accepted.

5. Rewards

• Rewards are given on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

• All rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.

• The Organiser reserves the right to replace rewards with items of similar or higher value without prior notice.

6. General Conditions

• Shoppers must redeem their spin on the same day of purchase at the designated counter.

• The Organiser reserves the right to verify all receipts and may disqualify any suspicious or fraudulent entries (e.g., multiple redemptions using split transactions).

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the campaign without prior notice.

• By participating, shoppers agree to abide by all Terms & Conditions.

• The Organiser’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
