Terms & Conditions - China Golden Week Campaign


1. Campaign Period

• The campaign runs from 1 – 7 October 2025.


2. Eligibility

• The campaign is open to all shoppers of LaLaport BBCC.

• Purchases must be made at participating fashion, accessories, kids, or maternity stores only.


3. Redemption Details

• Shoppers who spend a minimum of RM200 in a single same-day receipt at participating stores are entitled to one (1) redemption.

• Redemption is available at the Information Counter, Ground Floor during the Campaign Period.

• Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

• Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase and only original printed receipts from participating outlets are accepted.

• Shoppers must present original receipts and may be required to provide personal details for verification.

• Excluded transactions: bill payments, reloads, top-ups, purchase of gift vouchers, membership fees, and online orders.


4. Rewards Usage

• Mystery cash vouchers and prizes are valid only at participating outlets as stated on the reward.

• All rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.


5. General Terms

• Handwritten, duplicate, reprinted, or illegible receipts will not be accepted.

• The Management reserves the right to verify receipts and reject entries deemed fraudulent, tampered, or suspicious.

• The Management reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the campaign and its Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

• The Management’s decision on all matters relating to the campaign shall be final and binding.
