Terms & Conditions – LaLaport Wizards Academy | Halloween 2025
1. Campaign Period
• The campaign runs from 24 October – 2 November 2025.
2. Eligibility
• The campaign is open to all shoppers and visitors of LaLaport BBCC.
3. Fun-Tastic Activities
• Participants must complete online registration prior to joining.
• Walk-ins are allowed subject to availability only, on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Registered participants must check in 15 minutes before the activity starts. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of participation.
4. Shopping Rewards
• Redemption is limited to one (1) per shopper per day, while stocks last.
• Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase.
• Shoppers must present original receipts and may be required to provide personal details for verification purposes.
• Excluded transactions: bill payments, telco bills, reloads, top-ups, purchase of gift vouchers, membership fees, and online orders.
• Handwritten, duplicate, or illegible receipts will not be accepted.
5. Liability
• All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the activities.
• The Management and event organisers shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or mishap that may occur during participation.
• Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.
6. General Terms
• The Management reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject entries deemed fraudulent, tampered, or suspicious.
• The Management reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the campaign and its Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
• The Management’s decision on all matters relating to the campaign shall be final and binding.
7. Privacy and Data Usage
• Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of the event and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• By participating in the event, participants and their guardians provide consent for photographs and videos to be taken during the event.
• These images and recordings may be used by LaLaport BBCC for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without any form of compensation.
• By registering for the event, participants and their guardians agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
