TERMS & CONDITIONS
MSP Points to Cash E-Voucher Conversion
Campaign Period: 15 December 2025 – 31 March 2026
1. Campaign Period & Eligibility
• The Points Conversion Campaign ("Campaign") is valid from 15 December 2025 to 31 March 2026 ("Campaign Period").
• This Campaign is open to all registered members of the Mitsui Shopping Park MY App (MSP App).
• Members must have sufficient MSP Points in their account to perform the conversion.
2. Conversion to e-voucher
• Conversion Rate:

Conversions must be done exclusively via the MSP App.
• Upon successful conversion, the Cash E-Voucher will be instantly credited to the member's MSP App wallet under the "My Vouchers" tab.
• Once points are converted into E-Vouchers, the transaction is final. Points cannot be reinstated, refunded, or reversed under any circumstances.
How to Convert Points:
1. Tap "Get Voucher" to start the conversion.
2. Points will be deducted at a rate of 100 Points = RM1.
3. Upon success, your new e-voucher will appear in the "My Voucher" tab.
How to Redeem and Use the e-Voucher:
Please inform the cashier you intend to use an e-voucher before making payment.
1. Scan Your Member ID: Present your Member ID QR Code for the cashier to scan first.
2. Locate Voucher: Go to the VOUCHERS page and tap "My Vouchers" (top right corner).
3. Select: Choose the valid e-voucher and tap "Use Voucher".
4. Scan Voucher: Present the voucher’s QR code to the cashier.
5. Done: The voucher value will be deducted from your total bill.
3. E-Voucher Validity & Expiry
• All converted E-Vouchers are valid for usage until 31 March 2026 only.
• Any E-Voucher strictly unutilized by 10:00 PM on 31 March 2026 will automatically expire and be forfeited. No replacement or extension of validity will be granted for expired vouchers.
Note to Shoppers: If you convert points on 31 March 2026, the voucher must be used on that same day.
4. Usage Restrictions
• Only ONE (1) e-Voucher can be used per transaction/receipt. Splitting of receipts to utilize multiple vouchers is strictly prohibited.
• This E-Voucher cannot be stacked or combined with other ongoing promotions, discount vouchers, or loyalty perks unless explicitly stated otherwise by the participating merchant.
• The E-Voucher is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for physical cash, credit, or other goods.
• If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the E-Voucher, no cash refund will be given for the remaining balance. If the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the member must pay the difference.
5. Participating Merchants
• The converted e-Voucher is valid for use at participating outlets within LaLaport BBCC only.

6. General Terms
• The Management reserves the right to amend, change, or terminate the Campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The Management shall not be liable for any loss of points or vouchers due to technical glitches, unauthorized use of the member's account, or failure to redeem before the expiry date.
