Terms & Conditions: Pokémon Happy Holidays MSP Points Redemption Campaign
Campaign Period: 20 December 2025 – 31 December 2025
1. Eligibility
• This redemption campaign is open to all registered members of the Mitsui Shopping Park MY App.
• Members must have sufficient valid points in their account at the time of redemption to be eligible.
2. Redemption Mechanics & Tiers
Members may convert their Member Points into E-Vouchers for the following exclusive merchandise:

Tier 1 | Lanyard & Cardholder | 2,000 Points |
Tier 2 | Tumbler | 4,000 Points |
Tier 3 | Travel Bag Set | 6,000 Points |
3. Redemption Limit
• Redemptions are strictly limited to the first 100 units per tier on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each member is limited to ONE (1) redemption per tier during the entire campaign period.
- Example: A single member may redeem 1 Lanyard AND 1 Tumbler, but cannot redeem 2 Lanyards.
• All redemptions are subject to stock availability. The campaign will cease for a specific tier once the quota for that item has been reached, even if the campaign period has not ended.
4. Collection of Physical Items
• Upon successful deduction of points within the App, an E-Voucher will be issued to the member’s "My Vouchers" wallet.
• Members must present the valid E-Voucher at the REDEMPTION COUNTER at the Main Atrium, Ground Floor to collect the physical merchandise.
- E-vouchers redeemed or used outside the redemption counter or without the on-ground crew verification will be deemed invalid.
• Screenshots of the E-Voucher will not be accepted. Members must present the live in-app e-voucher to the staff for verification and confirmation of use.
• All physical items must be collected by 10:00 PM on 31 December 2025. Any uncollected items after this time will be forfeited, and points will not be refunded.
5. Refund & Exchange Policy
• Strictly Non-Refundable: Once points are deducted and the E-Voucher is issued, the transaction cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded.
• Redeemed items are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items, or points.
• Members are advised to inspect the physical item upon collection. Any defects must be reported immediately at the counter. Exchange of defective items is subject to management approval and stock availability.
6. General Terms
• The management reserves the right to disqualify any member from the redemption if there is any evidence of fraud, tampering, or unauthorized use of the App.
• The management reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel these Terms and Conditions or the redemption items at any time without prior notice.
• Images of the redemption items shown in marketing materials are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
