Terms & Conditions: KLP48 Theatre Opening Scratch & Win
1. Campaign Period
• The "KLP48 Theatre Opening Scratch & Win" campaign runs from 19 December 2025 to 28 December 2025, or while stocks of scratch cards last, whichever comes first.
• The Ticketed event (The First Curtain Call) takes place on 28 December 2025 at KLP48 Theatre (L2-48, 49 & 50)
2. Eligibility
• The campaign is open to all visitors of Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre (LaLaport BBCC).
• Employees of the mall management, retail tenants, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
3. Participation Mechanics
• To receive one (1) scratch card, shoppers must spend a minimum of RM100 in a maximum of two (2) combined same-day receipts.
• Receipts must be from any outlet located within LaLaport BBCC (mall-wide).
• Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase.
• Shoppers must present their original receipt(s) at the Information Counter, Ground Floor (GF) to redeem the scratch card.
4. Scratch Card & Prizes
• Each scratch card offers an exclusive chance to win KLP48 Theatre Tickets for the performance live on 28 December 2025.
• Scratch cards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to daily availability.
• The management reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of similar value without prior notice.
5. Prize Redemption (Winning Tickets)
• If a scratch card reveals a winning prize, the winner must present the original winning scratch card at the KLP48 Theatre entrance on 28 December 2025 at KLP48 Theatre (L2-48, 49 & 50) to gain entry.
• Only original, untampered scratch cards will be honored. Cards that are blurred, altered, torn, or damaged will be deemed void.
• Prizes/tickets are strictly not for resale, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit.
6. General Exclusions
• Receipts from the following are not eligible: bill payments (utilities, telecommunications), currency exchange, bank transactions, and purchase of gift vouchers.
• Reprinted or photocopied receipts will not be accepted.
7. Rights of Management
• By participating, shoppers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• LaLaport BBCC and KLP48 Management reserve the right to amend, delete, or add to these T&Cs or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
• The Management's decision on all matters relating to this campaign is final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
