Terms and conditions - Gallop Into Fortune | Chinese New Year 2026**
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to the Gallop Into Fortune campaign held at Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC) from 24 January – 1 March 2026.
By participating, shoppers agree to the following:
1. Shopping Rewards
• Rewards are redeemable at the designated Redemption Counter, Main Atrium, Ground Floor, during mall operating hours.
• Shoppers must present original same-day receipts for verification.
• Each tier requires a maximum of two (2) same-day combined receipts from participating stores.
• Limited to ONE (1) redemption per shopper per day, regardless of total spending.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and available while stocks last.
• Receipts for telco bills, prepaid top-ups, installment payments, gift card purchases, or bill payments are not eligible.
2. Top Spender Rewards
• Top spender winners will be determined based on accumulated spending at LaLaport BBCC during the campaign period.
• Winners will receive a pair of tickets to KL Tower Sky Terrace & Observation Deck.
• Only valid retail receipts from participating stores qualify.
• The Organizer reserves the right to verify identity, spending, and receipts before confirming winners.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
3. Workshops: Majestic Lion or Dragon
• Workshop slots are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Fees paid are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by the Organizer.
4. General Terms
• Gift redemption is strictly for shoppers of LaLaport BBCC only. Employees of LaLaport BBCC & retail staffs are not allowed to participate and redeem on behalf of shoppers.
• Redemption is valid at participating stores only. Pop-up stores and kiosks are not eligible for redemption.
• Redemption/collection of vouchers MUST be done by the actual person only. No representatives are allowed to redeem vouchers on their behalf.
• Customer ID / IC / License / Passport is required for verification purposes upon claiming and redeeming any Cash Vouchers or redemption item.
• Receipt (s) used is/are strictly applicable for ONE (1) redemption/workshop per campaign, customers may choose which redemption to participate in.
• Redemption of gift is on a first-come-first-served basis. Only original same day receipt is accepted. Duplication/ reprint are not allowed.
• Any bill payment (s) including telecommunication, utilities, ATM transactions, banking, money changers, deposit payments, reloads/top-ups (e.g., TNG, Starbucks Card, or any form of cash/shopping voucher (s) are not eligible for redemption.
• Redemption is not valid for receipts that are collected based on payment that is fully subsidizes by cash vouchers.
• For payment that is partially subsidized by cash vouchers, only the amount topped up by cash can be considered for the redemption of the amount.
• Cash vouchers can only be used at selected stores in LaLaport BBCC. Please present the voucher (s) to the cashier before proceeding to make any payment (s).
• All gifts are not exchangeable for cash and other items.
• In the event of dispute, the Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification.
• The Management of LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete and/or ineligible redemptions.
• By participating in this campaign, participants will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of the Management of LaLaport BBCC.
• The Management of LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to change or amend any Terms and Conditions accordingly as deemed fit at any time during the said campaign duration.
