Deruan Kasih Aidilfitri Shopping Rewards – Terms & Conditions

Campaign Period: 7 March - 5 April 2026

1. Eligibility & Redemption Process

• Redemption is strictly for shoppers of LaLaport BBCC only. Employees of LaLaport BBCC & retail staffs are not allowed to participate and redeem on behalf of shoppers. 

• Shoppers must spend a minimum of RM300, RM800, or RM2,000 in maximum 2 combined same-day receipts at participating LaLaport BBCC stores.

• Receipts must be from purchases made on the same day as the redemption request.

• Redemption must be made at the Main Atrium, Ground Floor on the same day of purchase.

2. Reward Tiers & Limits

• Spend RM300: 1x Exclusive LaLaport Raya Packets

• Spend RM800: 1x Garden Collection Room Spray Set

• Spend RM2,000: 1x Exclusive Swarovski Pen

• Redemption is limited to ONE (1) per shopper per day, regardless of spending amount.

• Each receipt can only be used for ONE (1) redemption tier and cannot be reused.

3. General Terms & Disclaimers

• Redemption is valid at participating stores only. Pop-up stores and kiosks are not eligible for redemption. 

• Customer ID / IC / License / Passport is required for verification purposes upon claiming and redeeming any Cash Vouchers or redemption item. 

• Only original printed receipts from LaLaport BBCC outlets are accepted. Screenshots, photocopies, handwritten, or duplicate receipts are not valid.

• Receipts from bill payments, reload services, e-wallet top-ups, money exchange, gift card purchases, parking, or services (e.g., beauty salons, medical clinics) are NOT eligible.

• Splitting of receipts for multiple redemptions is strictly prohibited.

• First-come, first-served basis. Limited redemptions available daily while stocks last.

• In the event of dispute, the Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification. 

• The Management of LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete and/or ineligible redemptions. 

• By participating in this campaign, participants will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of the Management of LaLaport BBCC. 

• The Management of LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to change or amend any Terms and Conditions accordingly as deemed fit at any time during the said campaign duration.    

Raya With CHERY - Guess and Win T&Cs

• Open to individuals aged 18 years and above only.

• Tenants’ staff are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

• Limited to one (1) entry per person throughout the campaign period (7 March – 5 April 2026).

• Participants must be physically present at the mall with their original IC for verification to participate.

• All required personal details must be completed accurately and in full. Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible entries will be disqualified.

• Prizes will be announced weekly via social media and email announcements.

• Three (3) winners will be selected each week and will receive prizes sponsored by participating tenants.

• Prizes are not exchangeable, and all specifications including size and color are fixed.

• Picture is for illustration purposes only. The car boot may contain items other than ketupat; however, participants are only required to count the number of ketupat.

• LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to verify participants’ identity (including IC details) and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or vary these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice.
