Terms and Conditions
- Campaign Period: 28 March 2026- 5 April 2026, 9 Days
- Gift redemption is strictly for shoppers of LaLaport BBCC only. Employees of LaLaport BBCC & retail staffs are not allowed to participate and redeem on behalf of shoppers.
- Limited participants per day, First-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
-Customer ID / IC / License / Passport is required for verification purposes upon claiming and redeeming any Cash Vouchers or redemption item.
- Spend and Redeem: A minimum spend of RM100 in single receipt and collect points via MSP apps.
- Receipt(s) submission must be made on the same day of purchase at Main Atrium, Ground Floor. Receipt(s) used is strictly applicable for ONE (1) redemption/workshop per campaign, customers may choose which redemption to participate in.
- Redemption is not valid for receipts that are collected based on payment that is fully subsidizes by cash vouchers.
- For payment that is partially subsidized by cash vouchers, only the amount topped up by cash can be considered for the redemption of the amount.
- Cash vouchers can only be used at selected stores in LaLaport BBCC. Please present the voucher (s) to the cashier before proceeding to make any payment(s).
- All gifts are not exchangeable for cash and other items.
- Only applicable for original purchases made at any participating outlets in LaLaport BBCC, excluding BBCC Sales Gallery, Clinic, Fitness, Currency exchange, ATM transactions, reloads/top-ups (e.g., TNG, Starbucks card, or any form of cash/shopping voucher(s).
- In the event of dispute, the Management reserves the right to demand proof of purchase for verification.
- The Management of LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete and/or ineligible redemptions.
- By participating in this campaign, participants will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of the Management of LaLaport BBCC.
- The Management of LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to change or amend any Terms and Conditions accordingly as deemed fit at any time during the said campaign duration.
- By participating, customers consent to the collection and use of their personal data for verification and campaign purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
