• Redemption is strictly for shoppers of LaLaport BBCC only. Employees of LaLaport BBCC and retail staffs are not allowed to participate and redeem on behalf of shoppers.

• Multiple redemptions are allowed per shopper, provided each redemption is supported by valid same-day receipt(s): either one (1) or two (2) MOP BBCC receipt(s), or one (1) MOP BBCC receipt and one (1) LaLaport BBCC receipt, meeting the minimum spending requirement for the respective redemption tier.

• Receipts must be from purchases made on the same day as the redemption request.

• Redemption must be made at the MOP BBCC Redemption Counter, Level 3.

• Receipt(s) used for redemption will be marked and cannot be reused for the same campaign or any other redemption campaign happening in the mall.

• Each receipt can only be used for ONE (1) redemption tier and cannot be reused.

• Redemption is valid at participating stores only. Transactions made at temporary pop-up stores, kiosks, currency exchange services, and top-up services are not eligible for redemption.

• Customer ID / IC / License / Passport is required for verification purposes upon claiming and redeeming any Cash Vouchers or redemption item.

• Only original printed receipts from participated outlets are accepted. Screenshots, photocopies, handwritten, or duplicate receipts are not valid.

• Receipts from bill payments, pop-up stores, kiosks, reload services, e-wallet top-ups, money exchange, gift card purchases, parking, or services (e.g., beauty salons, medical clinics) are NOT eligible.

• First-come, first-served basis. Limited redemptions available daily while stocks last.

• The Mitsui Outlet Park BBCC 1st Anniversary Lucky Draw will run from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, or for such other period as the Management of LaLaport BBCC or MOP BBCC ("Management") may, at its absolute discretion, determine ("Lucky Draw Period").

• Subject to these Terms & Conditions, the Lucky Draw is open only to individuals aged 18 years and above ("Eligible Participants").

• Employees of LaLaport BBCC and MOP BBCC, retail staff, tenants, sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.

• Eligible Participants may submit multiple entries based on the number of valid Proofs of Purchase. However, each Eligible Participant is entitled to one (1) prize only throughout the Lucky Draw.

• The Management reserves the right to reject any receipt submitted as Proof of Purchase if, at its sole discretion, the receipt is unclear, illegible, altered, damaged, or does not reflect a valid purchase made at a participating outlet in LaLaport BBCC or MOP BBCC.

• Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or late Lucky Draw entry forms will be disqualified.

• All Lucky Draw entry forms submitted shall become the property of the Management and will not be returned. The Management reserves the right to use the submitted information for purposes related to the administration of the Lucky Draw, in accordance with applicable laws.

• In the event of any dispute relating to the Lucky Draw, the Management's decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding on all Eligible Participants. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

• A total of twenty-two (22) winners will be selected by the Management for the Mitsui Outlet Park BBCC 1st Anniversary Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw Winners").

• Lucky Draw Winners will be announced during the Prize Presentation Ceremony on 16 September 2026 (Wednesday), 2:00 PM, at the Main Atrium, Ground Floor, LaLaport BBCC.

• Lucky Draw Winners must be present in person to claim their prizes. If a winner is not present after a three (3)-count call by the emcee, the winner will forfeit the prize, and another draw will be conducted to select a new winner for the same prize.

• All prizes are awarded on an "as-is" basis. The Management shall not be responsible for the usability, suitability, quality, condition, or any warranty of the prizes.

• Winners of flight tickets are responsible for any additional costs or surcharges arising from special travel arrangements or upgrades requested. Travel is subject to the stated travel period, blackout dates and seat availability, and any additional charges incurred will be borne entirely by the winner and will not be covered by the Management.

• Prizes do not include any accessories or items shown in promotional materials unless expressly stated. The Management reserves the right to change the model, specification, and/or colour of any prize without prior notice. The Management also reserves the right to substitute any prize, in whole or in part, with another prize of similar value without prior notice.

• All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other benefit.

• Winners shall comply with any additional terms, conditions, and warranties imposed by the prize supplier, airline, manufacturer, or other relevant third party in relation to the acceptance or use of the prizes.

• Redemption is available from 1:00 PM onwards on weekends and public holidays only, on the following dates: 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 25, 29, 30 & 31 August 2026.

• Present one (1) valid same-day receipt from any purchase made at MOP BBCC at the L3 MOP BBCC Redemption Counter to enjoy one (1) Lucky Dip chance.

• Multiple Lucky Dip redemptions are allowed, provided each Lucky Dip chance is supported by a separate valid same-day receipt.

• Original receipt(s) must be presented at the time of redemption. Photocopies, reprinted receipts, or payment slips will not be accepted.

• Receipt(s) used for redemption will be marked and cannot be reused for this or any other redemption, except for the Celebration Rewards redemption.

• Redemption is valid at participating MOP BBCC stores only. Transactions made at temporary pop-up stores, kiosks, currency exchange services, and top-up services are not eligible for redemption.

• Redemptions are available on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to the first 300 redemptions per day, while stocks last.

• Redemption is available on weekends and public holidays only, on the following dates: 1, 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23, 25, 29, 30 & 31 August 2026

• Limited to one (1) redemption per person throughout the campaign period.

• Participants must achieve a minimum of 5,000 steps on the same day of redemption.

• Step count must be presented via a mobile phone, smartwatch, fitness tracker, or health application for verification purposes.

• Redemption must be made in person at the L3 MOP BBCC Redemption Counter on the same day the required step count is achieved

• Screenshots, altered images, duplicated records, or any form of fraudulent submission will not be accepted.

• Redemptions are available on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to the first 100 successful redemptions per day, while stocks last.

• Each MSP Member is entitled to ONE (1) redemption per week only.

• Redemptions are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Mitsui Shopping Park MY reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may disqualify any individual found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the e-voucher system may result in disqualification from the campaign.

• Mitsui Shopping Park MY reserves the right to make adjustments to the terms and conditions as necessary.

• By participating any campaign above, participants agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated.

• Redemption is valid at participating stores only. Pop-up stores and kiosks are not eligible for redemption.

• Customer ID / IC / License / Passport is required for verification purposes upon claiming and redeeming any Cash Vouchers or redemption item.

• Splitting of receipts for multiple redemptions is strictly prohibited.

• First-come, first-served basis. Limited redemptions available daily while stocks last.

• In the event of dispute, the Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification.

• The Management of LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete or ineligible redemptions, to postpone, suspend, cancel, or terminate the campaign and/or any of its promotional activities, including the Lucky Draw, at its sole discretion without any liability to the participants.

• The Management of LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to change or amend any Terms and Conditions accordingly as deemed fit at any time during the said campaign duration.

• The Management's decision on all matters relating to this campaign, including participant eligibility, prize entitlement, and any disputes arising therefrom, shall be final, conclusive, and binding. No correspondence, appeals, or disputes will be entertained.
