• Eligible for all MSP Members. Customers must register as an MSP member via the MSP MY App before participating in the campaign.
• To participate the free coffee machine, MSP members must make at least one (1) eligible transaction at participating stores during the campaign period in August.
• E-vouchers and complimentary coffee machine are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items.
• Lost, expired, or unused e-vouchers will not be replaced, extended, or compensated.
• The decision of Mitsui Shopping Park on the selection of winners is final and binding. No correspondence, appeals, or disputes will be entertained.
• Winners will be announced on the official social media platforms between 1–9 September 2026 and will be contacted via email or social media. The e-voucher prizes (expiry 1 October 2026) will be manually credited to the winners' MSP accounts.
• Winners who fail to respond or redeem their prize within the stipulated redemption period (by 1 Oct 2026) may forfeit their entitlement, and Mitsui Shopping Park reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
• Mitsui Shopping Park MY reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may disqualify any individual found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the e-voucher system, including but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to participate this campaign, may result in disqualification from the campaign.
