TERMS & CONDITIONS: MALAYSIA DAY SUPER SALE CARNIVAL
By participating in any of the Malaysia Day activities and promotions, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
PART A: GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promotional Period & Eligibility
• The promotions are open to visitors aged 18 years and above, unless otherwise stated.
• Employees of the Mall Management, participating tenants, event partners, advertising agencies, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• All promotions are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
• Each promotion is subject to its respective eligibility, spending, and redemption requirements stated in these Terms & Conditions.
2. Receipt & Verification Requirements
• Only original, printed, same-day, machine-printed receipts issued by participating outlets within the Mall are valid for redemption or participation.
The following are not accepted:
⁃ Handwritten receipts;
⁃ Deposit slips;
⁃ Reprinted or duplicate receipts;
⁃ Credit card charge/payment slips;
⁃ Bill payment receipts;
⁃ Utility or service payment receipts; and
⁃ Any other receipts deemed invalid by Mall Management.
• Where multiple receipts are permitted, all receipts must be from the same day of purchase and must meet the requirements specified under the respective promotion.
• All receipts must be presented at the designated Redemption Counter on the same day of purchase.
• Mall Management reserves the right to verify the authenticity and validity of all receipts and to stamp, mark, or retain receipts to prevent reuse.
3. General Redemption Rules
• Each participant may only redeem or participate according to the limits specified for each promotion.
• Gifts, vouchers, and prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
• All vouchers are subject to the respective participating outlet's terms and conditions.
• Mall Management reserves the right to substitute any gift, voucher, or prize with another item of equivalent value without prior notice.
• Mall Management reserves the right to amend, suspend, extend, or terminate any promotion or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice or liability.
• Mall Management reserves the right to refuse any redemption or participation where the receipt, participant, or entry is deemed invalid, suspicious, duplicated, tampered with, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of Mall Management shall be final and binding.
PART B: PROMOTION-SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Celebration Bag & Free Coffee Giveaway
Start Time: From 10:00 AM onwards, while stocks last.
Eligibility: Limited to the first 200 eligible visitors.
Entitlement:
• Each eligible visitor is entitled to receive ONE(1) Celebration Bag containing complimentary coffee, partner gifts, and promotional vouchers with a total stated value of over RM80.
Conditions:
• Strictly limited to ONE(1) redemption per visitor per day.
• No minimum spend is required.
• Celebration Bags are available on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
• All vouchers and complimentary items are subject to the respective participating outlet's operating hours and terms and conditions.
2. Malaysia Day Lucky Dip
Start Time: From 12:00 PM onwards, while stocks last.
Eligibility: Limited to the first 200 eligible customers.
Spend Requirement: Minimum spend of RM50 in ONE(1) same-day receipt.
Conditions:
• Strictly limited to ONE(1) Lucky Dip entry per customer per day, regardless of the total amount spent.
• Each eligible customer will receive ONE(1) Lucky Dip chance upon successful receipt verification.
• The voucher/prize received is subject to the respective voucher's terms and conditions.
• Prizes and vouchers are available while stocks last and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Each eligible customer may participate in either the Malaysia Day Lucky Dip or the Balloon Drop Gold Bar Lucky Giveaway only.
Customers who register for or participate in the Balloon Drop are not eligible to participate in the Malaysia Day Lucky Dip.
3. Balloon Drop Gold Bar Lucky Giveaway
Event Schedule
• Registration: From 12:00 PM onwards, until the registration quota is reached.
• Participant Gathering: 4:45 PM at the designated Event Main Atrium.
• Balloon Drop: 5:00 PM.
Eligibility & Registration
• Participation is strictly limited to the first 169 eligible customers who successfully complete the registration and receipt verification process.
• Participants must spend a minimum of RM300, accumulated across a maximum of TWO(2) combined same-day receipts.
• All receipts must comply with the Receipt & Verification Requirements stated under Part A.
• Each eligible customer is entitled to ONE(1) registration only.
• Customers who register for the Balloon Drop will not be eligible to participate in the Malaysia Day Lucky Dip, regardless of their spending amount.
• Each customer may participate in only ONE(1) of the two promotions, either the Malaysia Day Lucky Dip or the Balloon Drop Gold Bar Lucky Giveaway. Participation in both promotions is strictly not allowed.
Wristband Requirement
• Each successfully registered participant will be issued ONE (1) participant wristband.
• The wristband must be kept intact and undamaged until the Balloon Drop event.
• Participants must wear or present the wristband at the designated gathering area to participate.
• No wristband, no entry.
• Lost, damaged, altered, or tampered wristbands will not be accepted, and no replacement wristband will be issued.
Balloon Drop Participation
• Only registered participants wearing a valid participant wristband are permitted to participate in the Balloon Drop.
• Each eligible participant may grab a maximum of two (2) balloons.
• Participants are strictly prohibited from popping or opening the balloons themselves.
• Participants must bring their collected balloons to the designated Redemption Counter, where event crew will pop the balloons and reveal the contents.
• Any person without a valid participant wristband who collects a balloon will not be entitled to any prize or reward, and the balloon will be deemed invalid.
• Balloons are strictly for registered participants only and cannot be transferred to or claimed by another person.
Attendance & Safety
• Registered participants must be physically present at the designated gathering area by 4:45 PM.
• Participants who arrive after the designated gathering time may forfeit their participation and will not be entitled to a replacement entry or alternative compensation.
• Participants must follow all instructions given by event marshals and Mall Management throughout the event.
• Mall Management reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in rough, unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.
• Mall Management reserves the right to stop or modify the Balloon Drop event if required for safety or operational reasons.
Gold Bar & Unclaimed Prizes
• One (1) of the balloons will contain the winning Gold Bar prize ticket.
• The Gold Bar prize is subject to the winner successfully locating and presenting the winning ticket in accordance with the event procedures.
• If the Gold Bar winning ticket is not collected, identified, or presented for redemption during the event, the prize will be deemed unclaimed.
• In the event that the Gold Bar prize remains unclaimed, Mall Management reserves the right to determine the subsequent handling or disposition of the unclaimed prize at its sole discretion, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
• All prize decisions made by Mall Management in relation to the Balloon Drop shall be final and binding.
Additional Conditions
• Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and participation in the event.
• Mall Management shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from participation in the event, except to the extent caused by Mall Management's negligence or as otherwise required by law.
• Mall Management reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have breached these Terms & Conditions or to have engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or improper conduct.
