Terms & Conditions
• This redemption is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia of age 18 and above, except the employees and their immediate family members of MFBBCC Retail Mall Sdn. Bhd, its appointed advertising and public relations consultants and tenants.
• The official duration of this campaign is from 20th Jan – 31st March 2024.
• All entry forms must be submitted and placed into the contest box located at the Redemption Counter, Ground Floor no later than 31st March 2024, 10.00pm. Late submissions will strictly not be entertained.
• An entry form is deemed complete by fulfilling either of the following requirements:
Get one (1) x lucky draw entry for EVERY RM200 spent at any store in LaLaport BBCC, with a minimum spending of RM200 in a single receipt.
All personal particulars and details to be filled in as required (full name, IC and mobile number).
• Original hardcopy receipts must be presented to be eligible to claim lucky draw slips.
• Each participant is allowed to enter more than once; however, valid original hardcopy receipt(s) must be produced.
• Photocopies of special draw slips and receipts are strictly prohibited.
• Receipts that are generated from the categories not mentioned above including services, bill payments and related fields are not applicable for this campaign.
• LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to disqualify incomplete and/or illegible receipts.
• The Grand Prize LIVE Draw will be held on 6th April (Saturday) 5.00PM, at the Main Atrium, Ground Floor, LaLaport BBCC.
• Winners must be present to win and claim their prizes during the Live Draw session; any absent winners will be disqualified and replaced accordingly with other winners.
• Winners of any overseas or local trip or flight tickets will need to pay a standard processing and booking fee of RM150.
• All prizes are NOT transferable, re-salable or exchangeable for cash.
• LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to publish or display the names and/or photographs of the winners for advertising and promotional purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
• If you do not wish to be featured in any editorial or advertising content in the future, kindly email to operations@mfbbcc.com.my. Your request will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the email. With regards to any of your appearances in our videos, the images and/or footage will be removed only after our promotional campaign officially ends.
• By participating in this redemption, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the decision of the Organizer.
