Terms & Conditions - Free Parking First 3-Hours
Complimentary Parking for All Shoppers:
• The initial 3 hours of parking is free for all visitors to LaLaport BBCC.
Exclusive Benefit for Mitsui Shopping Park MY App Members:
• App members enjoy complimentary all-day parking with a minimum spending of RM1 at any LaLaport BBCC outlets on the same day.
Validation Requirements:
• Only original same-day receipts will be accepted for parking validation.
• Only purchases from LaLaport BBCC retail stores are eligible for the FREE Parking offer.
Parking Rates for Non-Members:
• Cars: RM3 for subsequent hours, up to a maximum of RM30 per day.
• Motorcycles: RM2 per entry.
Transaction Methods:
• This offer is applicable solely for Parking tickets and Touch n' Go transactions.
• Please present Parking Tickets or Touch n' Go cards at dedicated validation counters.
Validity and Restrictions:
• Free parking is valid for a single day only; overnight or 24-hour parking is strictly prohibited.
• Entry during early hours (12am - 6am) is subject to security checks.
Exclusions:
• This offer does not apply to valet parking services.
• Redemption is not applicable to services such as bill payment, currency exchange, or any non-retail transactions.
• Not applicable to Malaysia Grand Bazaar (MGB) stores/outlets & Golden Screen Cinemas (GSC).
Extended Parking Duration:
• If the parking duration exceeds 24 hours, a parking fee will be imposed from the 24-hour mark onwards.
Management's Discretion:
• The management reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any given time without prior notice.
