LaLaport Raya Lush 2024 - Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
- The redemption campaign is open to all shoppers at LaLaport BBCC.
- Each shopper is only allowed to redeem ONCE (1) per tier, daily.
- Tenant staff are required to declare at the Info Counter before redeeming the reward (for Tier 3).
Campaign Period:
- The campaign will run from March 16 to April 21, 2024, or while stocks last.
Redemption Tiers:
Tier 1:
- A Raya Packet Set is redeemable with a minimum spend of RM100 in a maximum of ONE (1) same-day receipt.
Tier 2:
- A Home Diffuser is redeemable with a minimum spend of RM400 in a maximum of TWO (2) combined same-day receipts.
Tier 3:
- A Bowl Serving Set is redeemable with a minimum spend of RM1,200 in a maximum of TWO (2) combined same-day receipts.
Additional Bonus for Tier 2 and above:
- Enjoy a free Spin & Win chance for a special Raya Mystery Reward with a minimum spend of RM400 and above in a maximum of TWO (2) same-day receipts.
Redemption Process:
- Shoppers must present their original receipts at the redemption counter during the campaign period.
- For all tiers, kindly proceed to the Redemption Counter at Main Atrium.
- Each receipt must clearly show the date, store name, and amount spent.
- Redemption items are subject to availability and while stocks last.
Combining Receipts:
- Only receipts from the same day can be combined for redemption.
Non-Transferable:
- Redemption items are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Valid Stores:
- The redemption is only valid from ALL LaLaport BBCC Stores, excluding bill payment, currency exchange, and installment payments.
Lost or Stolen Receipts:
- Lost or stolen receipts will not be reissued or replaced. Only original receipts are accepted for redemption.
Expiry Date:
- The redemption period ends at 10.00 PM on April 21, 2024. Unredeemed receipts after this date and time will be forfeited.
General Terms:
- The mall reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- The decision of the mall management on any dispute shall be final.
- By participating in this redemption campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Participants may choose to redeem either Raya Redemption Items or Workshop at any single time.

Raya Workshops (Batik Painting & Flower Pressed Resin):
- Spend a minimum of RM100 in a maximum of TWO (2) same-day receipts to participate in any Raya Workshop for one (1) pax.
- Capacity: Limited to 30 participants per day.
- No online registration available. Walk-in registration only.
- Note to interested participants: To secure your workshop slot and avoid disappointment, please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled workshop time.
- Availability: Valid while stocks last, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Venue: Ground Floor Main Atrium.
