• Weekdays: 18 Sessions (Note: Booth closes from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
• Weekends & Public Holidays: 22 Sessions (Open whole day from 11:00 AM onwards)

1. Eligibility & Redemption Process
• Redemption is strictly for shoppers of LaLaport BBCC only. Employees of LaLaport BBCC & retail staffs are not allowed to participate and redeem on behalf of shoppers.
• Spend & Redeem : Minimum spend of RM300(RM250 when you pay with Alliance Bank Debit or Credit Card) in maximum 2 combined same-day receipts at participating LaLaport BBCC stores
• The Journey Map : Minimum spend of RM30 (RM20 when spend and collect points via MSP App) in single and same-day receipts at participating LaLaport BBCC stores
• Receipts must be from purchases made on the same day as the redemption request.
• Redemption must be made at the Main Atrium, Ground Floor.
2. Reward Tiers & Limits
• Redemption is limited to ONE (1) per shopper per day, regardless of spending amount.
• Each receipt can only be used for ONE (1) redemption tier and cannot be reused.
3. General Terms & Disclaimers
• Redemption is valid at participating stores only. Pop-up stores and kiosks are not eligible for redemption.
• Customer ID / IC / License / Passport is required for verification purposes upon claiming and redeeming any Cash Vouchers or redemption item.
• Only original printed receipts from LaLaport BBCC outlets are accepted. Screenshots, photocopies, handwritten, or duplicate receipts are not valid.
• Receipts from bill payments, reload services, e-wallet top-ups, money exchange, gift card purchases, parking, or services (e.g., beauty salons, medical clinics) are NOT eligible.
• Splitting of receipts for multiple redemptions is strictly prohibited.
• First-come, first-served basis. Limited redemptions available daily while stocks last.
• In the event of dispute, the Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification.
• The Management of LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to disqualify any incomplete and/or ineligible redemptions.
• By participating in this campaign, participants will be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of the Management of LaLaport BBCC.
• The Management of LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to change or amend any Terms and Conditions accordingly as deemed fit at any time during the said campaign duration.
