Terms & Conditions: Mitsui Shopping Park MY App Perks
Introduction
• These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the participation in the "Mitsui Shopping Park MY App Perks". By participating in the app campaigns, users agree to abide by these T&Cs.
Eligibility
• The Birthday Reward is available to all Mitsui Shopping Park MY App users who have a registered account and have provided their birthdate.
• The Welcome Reward is exclusively for new users who register on the Mitsui Shopping Park MY App.
Birthday Reward
• Users must have a registered account on the Mitsui Shopping Park MY App and have provided their correct birthdate.
• To qualify for the Birthday Reward, users must make a single transaction via the Mitsui Shopping Park MY App during their birthday month.
• Reward points will be credited to the user's account within 1-2 days from the date of the transaction.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the reward system may result in disqualification from the campaign.
Welcome Reward
• The Welcome Reward of 300 MSP points is exclusively for new users who register on the Mitsui Shopping Park MY App.
• Points will be credited to the user's account upon successful registration.
• These points can be utilized at participating LaLaport BBCC stores with a conversion rate of 100 PT : RM1.
• The Welcome Reward is a one-time offer per registered user.
General Terms
• The campaign is subject to availability and may be terminated or modified at the discretion of Mitsui Shopping Park MY without prior notice.
• Points earned or redeemed cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with points from other users.
• Mitsui Shopping Park MY reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may disqualify any individual found to be in violation of these T&Cs.
• Users are encouraged to regularly check the Mitsui Shopping Park MY App for any updates or changes to the campaign terms.
• By participating in this campaign, users grant Mitsui Shopping Park MY the right to use their personal data for promotional purposes related to the campaign.
Disputes
• In the event of any disputes regarding the campaign, Mitsui Shopping Park MY's decision shall be final and binding.
Amendments
• Mitsui Shopping Park MY reserves the right to amend or modify these T&Cs at any time
