How to Check Your MSP Points Expiry
Follow these simple steps to check if any of your points are expiring soon:
1️⃣ On the MSP App Home Page, tap Profile.
2️⃣ Select MSP Point Malaysia.
3️⃣ Your total points expiring and the nearest expiry date will be displayed on the left side.
How to Redeem Your MSP Points
Redeeming your points is as easy as shopping at your favorite stores! Here’s how:
1️⃣ Visit any MSP participating store at LaLaport BBCC or Mitsui Outlet Park Sepang KLIA.
2️⃣ Inform the cashier that you’d like to use MSP points to offset your bill.
3️⃣ Let the cashier know how many points you’d like to use.
4️⃣ The cashier will deduct the amount from your total bill using your MSP points—easy and convenient!
