MSP MEMBER FREE FIRST 3 HOURS PARKING [Limited Time] – TERMS & CONDITIONS
•This promotion is valid from 1 November to 31 December 2026 and is exclusively available to registered MSP MY App members.
•Eligible MSP members are entitled to 3 hours of complimentary parking with a minimum spend of RM50 in a single receipt at LaLaport BBCC stores per day.
•The minimum spend of RM50 must be reflected on one single valid receipt. Multiple receipts, transactions or purchases cannot be combined.
•The eligible purchase must be made on the same day and is subject to receipt verification. Each receipt can only be used once and cannot be reused for another parking validation or event redemption.
•Customers must present their MSP MY App membership/account and eligible receipt for verification and parking validation at the GF Information Counter and LG2 Carpark Counter.
•Parking validation is only available daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, weekdays only. MSP Members must complete their parking validation within this period to enjoy the complimentary parking benefit.
•The complimentary parking benefit applies to the first 3 hours of parking only. For
•The first 3 hours are free, and each subsequent hour will be charged at RM2.
•The parking benefit is non-stackable with any other parking promotion, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.
•The promotion is subject to the prevailing parking rules and regulations of LaLaport BBCC.
•Management reserves the right to reject any receipt or transaction that is invalid, duplicated, altered, damaged, unverifiable, or does not meet the campaign requirements.
•Management reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the promotion without prior notice, subject to applicable requirements.
•In the event of any dispute, the decision of Management shall be final.
FAQ
1. Do I need to validate my parking ticket?
•If you're using a parking ticket, you must validate and make payment at the designated Auto Pay Machine / Auto Pay Station before exiting.
•If you're using a Credit/Debit Card or Touch 'n Go, simply tap your card at the exit gate and the applicable parking charges will be deducted automatically.
